The 'Cosmoi' is ruled by a series of "Non-Enforceable Contingent Statements."  These can be considered to be - "a species of logical statements."

The 'Cosmic Field' is governed by a number of "Axiomatic Laws."

The Laws can be represented by algorithmic "yes/no answers."

The actual statements of the Laws are not themselves new Laws - but "Non-Enforceable Contingent Statements."  This notion of unenforceable Law, can be found in Human made Law.  It is only "Natural Laws" - which in the main, exhibit absoluteness in determination.  But even this must be qualified - for example, 'evolution' could not occur if "Laws of Nature" - were absolute.

Thus, Cosmic Law - itself has no problem with the "Non-Enforceable Contingent Statements" - which in fact is the 'norm' - rather than the exception.

If such an approach is adopted the so called incompatibility of Newtonian Physics with Quantum Mechanics disappears - through the use of the "Non-Enforceable Contingent Statements."
